Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with customers, the sales team, and internal partners to drive sales revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact point and account owner for assigned Key Accounts, focusing on total sales revenue and booked margin growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and retain Key Accounts, as well as opportunities for product cross-sell.
  • Drive customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase likelihood of renewals, including email/phone/video follow-ups, answering questions, and directing to appropriate support staff.
  • Engage Estimators for support in quoting customer's project once qualified, and requirements are determined.
  • Facilitate seamless hand-off to Customer Service to execute order.
  • Engage qualified Field Sales Rep when opportunities for product cross-sell exist.
  • Re-engage customer during expansion and renewal.
  • Log and track customer interactions and sales in CRM.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred.
  • Results-oriented, ensuring delivery on existing commitments while continuously delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to all levels of an organization.
  • Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Results-focused.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
