Job Title: Point of Sale Helpdesk Technician

Join Fox Restaurant Concepts, a dynamic and innovative company, as a Point of Sale Helpdesk Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our restaurants, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for our Aloha point-of-sale system, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Systems Team to ensure smooth system implementation and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of reported issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Work closely with other teams within I.T. to diagnose and resolve Restaurant Systems issues.
  • Provide backup support to the IT Services Team for basic networking, connectivity, email, and user support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tech support or help desk role.
  • General networking/connectivity knowledge.
  • Strong customer service attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating on-call evening/weekend after-hours support to restaurant locations.
