Role Overview:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and providing support for various settings, modules, and integrations within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Your expertise will extend to integrating these systems with web platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other information sources.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain interfaces and integration points between CRM, ERP, and other systems.
2. Consult with clients in functional areas to gather requirements for CRM systems and convert these functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
3. Conduct quality assurance activities, including monitoring, administering, testing, debugging, and documenting configurations, changes, and deployments.
4. Deploy and support finalized solutions in a production environment.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $68,000.
