About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Scopely, a global interactive entertainment and mobile-first video game company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our games, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft product requirements and drive key aspects of live operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage analytics, player feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities and support product strategy across a broad range of key game initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, engineers, artists, UX/UI, and data analysts to craft product requirements.
  • Help drive key aspects of live operations, contributing to the long-term success of monetization and engagement systems.
  • Track and measure performance in relation to sales, features, tests, and results to evaluate the impact of new events, features, and game content.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses around live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization post-launch.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience on a game team in a product/design role, or equivalent experience.
  • A track record of elevating product KPIs effectively, especially in F2P games at scale.
  • Proficient in problem identification and root cause analysis.
  • Some experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented attitude.
Bonus Points
  • A passion for gaming, with an understanding of what makes a game appealing to a diverse range of players.
  • Experience with using data to drive insights and improvements, including tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Experience in cross-platform (Console, PC, Mobile) game development and operations.
