Job Summary:

CareOne is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating residents with speech and language disorders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' needs and develop tailored treatment plans as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Collaborate with staff and other disciplines to ensure effective treatment coordination.
  • Participate in screenings and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Speech Therapy is required.
  • You must possess a current and active Speech Language Pathology license within the state of operations.
  • Prior experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
