Clinical Nurse Specialist

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while promoting professional growth and development within the nursing team. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to make a significant impact on the unit's operations, quality improvement initiatives, and patient outcomes.
This rare 36-hour weekend position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and work-life balance. With your weekdays free, you'll have ample time to recharge and pursue personal interests. Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate expertise in clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient transitions and optimize outcomes
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and respect among colleagues and patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing evidence-based solutions
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, or equivalent
