We're harnessing big data and advanced analytics to derive insights that transform clinical development and bring new medicines to patients faster through successful trial delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Shaping and prioritizing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and ensuring the product aligns with customer and stakeholder needs.
- Assessing product functionality, feedback, and market shifts to spot and act on opportunities for advancement and innovation.
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and engineers, earning their trust and respect.
- Contributing to product strategy, evaluating trade-offs based on a firm grasp of business and market pressures.
- Applying the product management toolbox, driving a product-led approach to prioritization and solutioning.
- Leading product discovery work, driving increased predictability and ROI for development work.
- Ensuring the product is robust and well-supported, supporting launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation, and presentations.
- Self-managing workload and performing most responsibilities independently based on well-defined goals.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with life sciences/clinical research.
