Product Owner Manager, Analytics Center of Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Manager to join our Analytics Center of Excellence team. As a Product Owner Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of AI-powered clinical analytics products, working closely with a high-performance team of developers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as both Product Owner and technical leader for AI-powered clinical analytics products
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Engineering to drive technical product strategy and delivery
- Manage and mentor Product Owners to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and technical vision
- Lead scrum teams in producing solutions that provide business value, delivered iteratively
- Develop and maintain accurate product metrics, including familiarity with DORA metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years' experience acting as a Product Owner
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, with line management responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical people
- Leads through partnership, collaboration, and servant leadership principles
