Product Manager Role

In this role, you will work closely with other PMs within the portfolio to execute on the product vision, delivering incremental value to users. You will collaborate with UX professionals, users, engineers, and SMEs to deliver highly-anticipated functionality that supports the day-to-day operations of IQVIA.

Your duties will include shaping and prioritizing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and ensuring the product aligns with customer and stakeholder needs. Additionally, you'll assess product functionality, feedback, and market shifts to identify opportunities for advancement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a roadmap that delivers incremental value and achieves well-defined business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and engineers, earning their trust and respect
  • Contribute to product strategy and evaluate trade-offs based on a deep understanding of business and market pressures
  • Apply the product management toolbox to drive a product-led approach to prioritization and solutioning
  • Lead product discovery work to increase predictability and ROI for development work
  • Ensure the product is robust and well-supported
  • Support launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation, and presentations
  • Self-manage workload and perform most responsibilities independently based on well-defined goals

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience in life sciences or clinical research

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $129,000 - $215,000. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors, including job-related qualifications, location, and/or schedule. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
