  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficient in utilizing social media networking tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the latest technology using our myWeichert CRM and marketing platform.
  • A motivation to leverage free training opportunities to achieve targeted income through commissions.
  • Capability to make prospecting calls, host open houses, and follow up on company-generated leads.
  • Aptitude for learning scripts and presentations, utilizing provided marketing materials to expand business.
