About the Position

Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles is seeking a highly qualified Program Operations and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our Older Adults Programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in program operations, contract compliance, and quality assurance. They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the management team to maintain efficient and effective delivery of quality services.
  • Assist program directors in monitoring budgets and timelines as needed for implementation of services.
  • Implement monitoring methods to evaluate effectiveness of services and collaborate with managers and directors to develop utilization management policies.
  • Organize and lead the Quality Assurance Utilization Review meetings established as required by contractual agreement or funding source requirements.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
