Concierge Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team at Anthology Senior Living. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident apartment
  • Answer multi-line telephones and provide clerical support to the administrative staff
  • Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel
  • Display knowledge of the services and programs offered by the property
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to read, write, and understand English, and be able to follow written or oral instructions
  • Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations
  • Able to deal professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
