**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing the membership process, providing top-notch customer service, and serving as the main point person for a specific group of accounts. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Process membership applications and renewals, including accounts receivable duties

• Provide extensive customer service support via email and phone, responding to inquiries regarding membership and group benefits

• Serve as the subject matter expert for membership questions and guide processes that impact VTM clients' businesses

• Provide reception relief using a multi-line phone system and perform additional administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**

• Minimum of two years of email/phone customer service experience in an office setting

• Intermediate (or better) knowledge of the MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Strong verbal, written, and business communication skills

• Good arithmetic abilities

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to multi-task with potential of repeated interruptions

• Excellent attention to detail and strong prioritization skills

• Experience using QuickBooks and Access is a plus
