Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Horseshoe LV. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized concierge services to guests, including making reservations, arranging activities, and providing recommendations.
  • Take and manage room reservations, room blocks, and VIP agent functions.
  • Assist with training new guest service representatives and maintain a high level of knowledge about casino programs, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Log calls and maintain accurate records, including exceptions reports and regret logs.
  • Support and maintain Horseshoe Casino's courtesy guidelines and promote outstanding guest relations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest complaints, questions, and suggestions.
  • Arrange for and confirm deliverable services, such as purchasing gifts, premium tickets, and dry cleaning.
  • Project a professional image and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
