Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Care department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to the development of our patients' care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Delegate tasks to LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN license in the State of Illinois.
- Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS Provider or Instructor certification within one year of hire date.
- 12 months of experience as a registered nurse required for Clinical Ladder levels.
