Job Summary

The Senior Measurement Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of assessments and evaluations. This position requires a deep understanding of measurement principles and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement assessments and evaluations
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Communicate complex measurement concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in measurement and evaluation
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in educational measurement or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in measurement and evaluation
  • Strong understanding of measurement principles and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
