Work Schedule: Full-time position, including holidays and weekends, typically working 5 days with 2 days off, averaging 50-55 hours per week, with travel required.

Position Overview: The Sales Route Specialist is a vital full-time role responsible for the delivery, sales, and merchandising of Frito-Lay's extensive product range, including popular items such as Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. In this position, you will operate a Frito-Lay vehicle to various retail locations, working autonomously to unload deliveries, display products, and collaborate with store managers to boost sales while maintaining accurate records throughout the day.

What to Expect:

  • Receive comprehensive training over four to six weeks focused on driving and sales techniques with our supportive team.
  • Experience diverse routes, visit different stores, and engage with new customers.
  • Enhance sales performance on your route by fostering relationships, implementing promotional displays, and executing national sales initiatives.
  • Establish a consistent route with predetermined days off and a structured schedule.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any necessary state licenses or endorsements.
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
