**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage commercial, multi-family, and healthcare related construction projects

• Oversee construction activities

• Work with contractors and subcontractors on pre-qualifications

• Develop scopes and buy-outs

• Schedule overall jobs and subcontractors

• Submit RFIs, change orders, and directives

**Requirements:**

• 4+ years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction

• Construction Management degree or higher education preferred

• Excellent communication skills
