We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to enhance our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to develop and analyze financial reports.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the company’s ledger.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and conduct reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service and other regulatory bodies.
- Support budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Utilize bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases to record and retrieve financial data.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the Real Estate or Mortgage sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent data entry skills along with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Capability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
