About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our esteemed dining establishments, Jeffrey's and Josephine House. As a key member of our MML Hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant professionals to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and other culinary experts to create innovative menus and wine programs
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and cash handling
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
