Job Title: Principal IAM Access Engineer

Fiserv is seeking a highly skilled Principal IAM Access Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure access solutions using Ping Identity suite and other IAM products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and maintain test cases and scenarios based on specifications
  • Configure, tune, and troubleshoot PingFederate, PingAccess, and Admin API against PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne
  • Work with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, and modern access technologies like Passwordless/Passkeys
  • Automate and deploy products as Infrastructure as Code
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of IAM experience in Azure AD/Entra ID or Azure B2C and IAM products such as PingIdentity suite and any one of Siteminder, Okta, or ForgeRock
  • 5+ years of experience creating test cases and scenarios based on specifications
  • 5+ years of experience in configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting PingFederate, PingAccess, and Admin API against PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne
  • 2+ years of work experience with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
  • 2+ years of work experience working with modern access technologies like Passwordless/Passkeys
