About the Role

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our Precision Technology group, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall form, fit, and function of new vehicle systems into a single complete system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute system engineering best practices to define and maintain product level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the architectural team to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.
  • Understand intended product end user needs and translate stakeholder needs to product requirements.
  • Define system level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition, design, and integration.
  • Ensure product alignment with applicable standards and work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.
Requirements
  • Engineer with 2+ years of career experience, with Bachelors' degree. 1+ years experience with Master's degree. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in off-highway automation and/or autonomy.
  • Strong experience with off-highway vehicle electronics.
  • Strong experience with agricultural practices and operations.
  • Well-developed problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency with a computer, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Team player who is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership staff.
