Key Responsibilities- Provide technical project management for project additions to our natural gas facilities, including scheduling, design, estimates, and cost tracking.
- Assist with engineering studies and investigations, and prepare oral and written reports.
- Provide engineering assistance to other departments and perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
- Evaluate present practices and implement processes to prevent, detect, and correct human errors that may adversely impact the safe and reliable operation of our natural gas system.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of engineering experience for the Engineer II position, five years for the Senior Engineer position, eight years for the Senior Engineer II position, and fifteen years for the Principal Engineer position.
- Ability to achieve accreditation in corrosion control as defined by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.
- Motivation to stay abreast of changing requirements and industry best practices.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skills, and working knowledge of federal and state pipeline regulations.
