Job Description
Hassan & Sons Inc is a leading provider of fuel and convenience store services, and we are currently seeking a Station Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and has excellent communication skills.

About the Station Assistant Role
The Station Assistant will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions about products, and operating the cash register. They will also be responsible for maintaining store displays and coolers, restocking shelves, and performing other duties as assigned by management. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a dynamic retail environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
* Assist customers with purchases and answer questions about products
* Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
* Maintain store displays and coolers to ensure they are visually appealing to customers
* Restock shelves and perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
