Compensation and Benefits

$55,000 - $63,000 per year (including guaranteed base pay of $15/hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives). Plus, enjoy an extensive benefits package, including medical and pharmacy benefits, dental, life and disability insurance, a matched 401(k) Plan, paid time off, and more.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a world-class customer experience, utilizing a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs, and leading them through a selection of Sleep Number products. You'll build relationships with customers, proactively and effectively communicating product features and benefits, as well as promotional information. And, you'll demonstrate a tenacious drive for results, consistently exceeding sales goals.
