Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Access Control Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service/Install Team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing access control and CCTV systems in commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure access control and CCTV systems in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in access control and CCTV technology.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the access control and CCTV industry, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with access control and CCTV software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
