We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Revere Control Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our electrical control panel production process.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the training and quality of the production team to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
- Monitor and resolve production issues and oversee floor operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with production employees, managers, vendors, engineers, and estimators to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Provide coaching and guidance to production team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Assist in the evaluation of employees and provide feedback to improve job performance.
- Ensure that work areas, machines, and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure product quality standards and resolve technical issues.
- Minimum of two (2) years of production experience with Revere Control Systems.
- Previous experience building electrical control panels required.
- High school or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous electrical background preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Revere production operations in a shop environment.
- Knowledge of current policies and practices of leadership.
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Knowledge of electrical theory as applied to work situations.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment in the production areas.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to understand and provide verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
