Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Revere Control Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our electrical control panel production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the training and quality of the production team to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery of projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve production issues and oversee floor operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with production employees, managers, vendors, engineers, and estimators to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to production team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Assist in the evaluation of employees and provide feedback to improve job performance.
  • Ensure that work areas, machines, and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure product quality standards and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of production experience with Revere Control Systems.
  • Previous experience building electrical control panels required.
  • High school or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Previous electrical background preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Revere production operations in a shop environment.
  • Knowledge of current policies and practices of leadership.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
  • Knowledge of electrical theory as applied to work situations.
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment in the production areas.
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
  • Ability to understand and provide verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
