We are currently seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the Market Development function within our Mobile Devices sector. This role is integral to ensuring the success of Dolby Mobile Products through comprehensive market analysis and close collaboration with Product Management Teams and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and extract insights relevant to the Mobile Devices sector.
  • Develop a segmented market perspective, focusing on both mobile device manufacturers and end-users, collaborating with product managers to identify unmet needs and challenges.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of OEM business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Articulate and refine compelling value propositions for customers, partners, and end-users, including pricing strategies.
  • Position our offerings strategically in the market, both in relation to our products and competitors.
  • Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the Mobile Devices sector, coordinating activities and aligning the organization with the GTM plan.
  • Create a framework for selecting and prioritizing key customers, supporting Commercial Partnerships in managing the customer pipeline effectively.
  • Identify and develop tools necessary for empowering the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to establish post-launch marketing support plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of GTM strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with a deep understanding of the mobile industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching multiple products with a strong product marketing background.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and simplify concepts for diverse audiences.
