As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including estimating, engineering, permitting, contracting, and design.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor subordinate personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Network Operations: Oversee the daily operation of the outside fiber plant, including maintenance, upgrades, and emergency response support.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum of five years of experience in engineering, construction, or operations, with knowledge of utility construction, aerial installation, underground installation, or fiber splicing.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent job experience, with certifications in OSHA, NESC, and relevant local regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
