Job Title: Heavy Equipment Field Technician

EquipmentShare is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts
  • Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues
  • Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
  • Use technology comfortably, including laptops and tablets
  • Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
  • Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
  • Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment
Requirements:
  • High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
  • Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
