Office Operations Specialist

This role provides critical support to the assigned work group by managing electronic and paper records, planning programs and policies, and performing administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, responding to phone calls, typing correspondence, processing reports, maintaining employee files, notarizing documents, and assisting coworkers with duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma/GED, one year of job-related experience, and proficiency in computer software applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to deal effectively with the public and other employees, are also essential. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to prioritize your own work, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
