Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee production, operation, and sanitation aspects of all culinary and stewarding operations.
- Report to the Executive Chef and provide regular updates on kitchen operations.
- Lead a team of Sous Chefs, Chefs, and Kitchen Staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques to enhance the culinary experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation in all kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team of culinary professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve kitchen-related issues and improve operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
