The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the on-site health services department and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the client contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the healthcare delivery system and coordinate with other functions within the facility.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the site, submitting timely and accurate reports to the supervisor and/or corporate office.
  • Develop and/or supervise the facility operational plan.
  • Direct the activities of the assigned staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
