BIM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and updating of our company's BIM model. This is a remote role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected firm in the AEC sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement BIM procedures and operations throughout the design, construction, and handover phases of a project.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, design teams, and supply chains to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage information by organizing digital resources, such as construction projects and budget spreadsheets.
- Create BIM models that combine data, drawings, and schedules.
- Define and implement a BIM strategy to improve internal communication and project outcomes.
- Train team members on the use of software tools and enforce project standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
