The Sales Representative for Industrial Power Products will be responsible for selling generators and related equipment maintenance and repair services to new and existing customers. This role requires building strong relationships with clients and maintaining maintenance agreements for various business establishments that rely on power generation equipment for standby or off-grid power.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with current and prospective customers to develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service for power generation maintenance.
- Prepare and discuss contract proposals with prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to follow up on requested repairs or repairs identified during maintenance service.
- Represent W.W. Williams at industry functions, trade shows, and events to promote the company's products and services.
- Pursue new avenues to increase sales and market areas, utilizing strategic and creative approaches.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
