  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations to maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to adapt marketing strategies based on sales data and operational insights.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or company officials.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members. A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to outstanding customer service are crucial.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data effectively are necessary for managing store operations. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various physical tasks.
