We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at LanceSoft - QIA in Belleville, Texas.

Job Summary

This is an ongoing role requiring 40 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours per day. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and may be required to work some evenings or weekends.

The primary focus of this position will be working with adult and geriatric patients, although there may be some pediatric cases as well. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting licensed physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
  • Conduct exercises and activities designed to improve patient mobility and strength
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices. A certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is also required.
