Seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team at PARS Therapy in Houston, TX. As a home health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in restoring patients' motion and improving their quality of life.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that promote patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Patient Needs: Identify and meet patients' goals and needs by conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions that improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with Physical Therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including treatment plans, outcomes, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • PTA Certification: Must be certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas.
  • CPR Certification: Possess current CPR certification.
  • Professional Liability Insurance: Carry professional liability insurance.
  • Home Health or Rehab Experience: Preferably have experience working in home health or rehabilitation settings.
