  • Bar Operations

    • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Beverage Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our bar remains competitive.
  • Leadership and Training
    • Train and develop bartenders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
    • Lead by example and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Inventory and Purchasing
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and rotated effectively.
    • Purchase and maintain inventory within budget and to target cost of sales.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
