Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic server to join our team at CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring seamless service and minimizing wait times.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, increasing average ticket sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous server experience in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
