**Global Program Manager, IT Delivery and Transformation**

We are seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to lead our IT Delivery and Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Global Services Platform team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of large-scale IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and programs, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of multiple teams, including IT development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on large-scale IT projects and programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects and programs, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
