Insurance Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized service and support as needed.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify customer needs, generate leads, and market appropriate products and services.
- Competitive salary and commission/bonus structure.

- Valuable experience and skills development.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
