Business Development Representative

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in our growth over the coming year. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for interfacing with customers daily to help shape the future of our product. You'll focus on a full-cycle sales motion, with the opportunity to close and onboard new customers daily.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify leads and close sales through outbound efforts across multiple communication mediums
- Manage a pipeline of active leads and utilize sales software (Hubspot, Salesloft)
- Refine and iterate sales messaging and contribute to growth team brainstorming sessions on improving our sales process
- Actively manage customer accounts post-sale and relay product learnings to the product team
- 1+ years of sales experience (a bonus if SMB sales)
- Comfort with reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships/initiatives
- Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone eager to learn and grow in sales

We have offices in New York and Boston. Strong preference for this role is in-person five days a week in our New York office (located in Williamsburg).
