Job Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Associate - Food Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing food for patients and cafeteria menus/meals, utilizing recipes on file. You will also monitor the tray line and cafeteria replenishment, observing department safety and sanitation guidelines. Additionally, you may be assigned to catering activities, including preparation, setup, and delivery of food.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One year of institutional food service experience as a cook
  • Completion of a culinary certificate program preferred
