About the Position

The Senior Brand Marketing Director will lead Dynata's brand marketing efforts, developing and implementing global brand strategies to enhance reputation and visibility. This role involves defining and articulating the company's brand vision and strategies, ensuring uniform brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that align with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that supports brand objectives and drives engagement across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create a diverse range of content, from research and benchmarking studies to TOF campaigns to eBooks and webinars.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovative thinking and professional growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience in developing and maintaining brand excellence.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across channels and markets.
  • Experienced at launching corporate websites and managing complicated projects.
  • The ability to create a cohesive marketing calendar designed with a focus on SEO and driving top of funnel awareness.
  • Need to be a self-starter, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
  • 10 years experience.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.
