Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to serve as Assistant to the Commissioner. This role will provide administrative support to the Commissioner and contribute to the effective functioning of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Commissioner, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the efficient administration of the Commission's programs.
  • Collaborate with other Commission staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Represent the Commission at external meetings and events as needed.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
