Position Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the residential maintenance sector, demonstrating reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing their technical expertise.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential maintenance
  • Proficient in general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Must have personal hand tools, including portable power tools
  • EPA 608 certification is mandatory
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintenance skills evaluation

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform apartment turnovers efficiently
  • Conduct general painting and drywall repairs
  • Address and complete work orders promptly
  • Support preventative maintenance initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness of the grounds on a daily basis
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
