Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Perform intermediate to advanced tasks in floor care, including stripping and refinishing floors
Maintain and repair window coverings and upholstery
Perform deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in cleaning or maintenance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
