The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Praesum Healthcare is vital in enhancing recruitment effectiveness throughout the organization. By devising innovative hiring strategies and nurturing relationships, the Specialist significantly contributes to attracting exceptional candidates and bolstering the company's visibility within professional circles. Furthermore, it is essential to remain informed about trends in healthcare recruitment and to offer pertinent recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with facility leaders to create staffing strategies that are deeply rooted in an understanding of the work environment and organizational culture, effectively communicating opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Building robust relationships with Praesum leaders, vendors, and community organizations to foster successful partnerships and outcomes.
  • Assisting in the development of creative and cost-efficient sourcing strategies.
  • Discovering new avenues for candidate recruitment, both active and passive.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest recruiting practices and methodologies.
  • Utilizing online resources and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate identification and recruitment.
  • Establishing connections with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Engaging in networking through industry affiliations and employee referrals.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of candidates and recruitment activities for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborating with leadership to cultivate an internal pipeline of key talent for succession planning.
  • Monitoring recruitment expenditures to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with external recruiters when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Full-Time Position
