As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile all bank activity on a daily basis, ensuring company books are identical to bank's books, and verify all EFT for accuracy.
  • Complete tire tax returns on a quarterly basis.
  • Prepare monthly floor plan reconciliations, ensuring match to bank.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Assist the Controller and Accounting Managers as needed in, but not limited to, these areas: Reconciling and finalizing month end procedures, Directing and archiving of all business documents and files for purging and/or sending to storage, As determined by the Controller, schedule review and auditing for books, Assist controller with monthly preparation of financial statements and statistical data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in position of Bookkeeper or similar positions in automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 3 years retail related experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desired; Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
